You can ask MnT Future to delete your iSuite AI account and your personal data, or only some of your data. We finish every request within 30 days.
If you can sign in
In the iSuite AI app or at app.isuite.ai, go to Settings → Login & security → Delete my account, choose what to delete, and send the request. You can take it back until it is done.
If you cannot sign in
Send the request here. We check that it is really you, by email or phone, before deleting anything.
What is deleted
- Your login, so you can no longer sign in.
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, photo and settings.
- The phones you signed in on, and their notification tokens.
What stays, and why
- Records you made for your company (its customers, chats, notes, deals and calls) belong to your company and stay with it. You can ask your company’s admin about them.
- If you own the company, deleting your account deletes the company and all its data, unless you first make someone else the owner in Settings → Team.
- Backups expire on their own within about a year, and tax invoices are kept as the law requires.
