Who we are
iSuite AI is a sales CRM made by Magizh NexGen Technologies, 3/501,Subash Street, Muneeswaran Nagar, Iyer Bungalow, Madurai (“we”). Businesses use it to talk to their customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and website chat, to keep their leads, deals, bookings and follow-ups, and to call customers from their staff’s own phones. This policy explains what personal data the web app (app.isuite.ai) and the iSuite AI Android app handle, and why.
Your account, and your company’s data
- Your account. When your company gives you a login, we keep your name, email address, phone number if you add one, photo if you add one, your role and your settings. Your password is stored only as a secure hash.
- Your company’s CRM. The customers, messages, notes, deals, bookings, files and call records your company keeps in iSuite AI belong to your company. It decides what goes in and who may see it; we store and process them for your company, to provide the service.
What the app collects and why
- Messages and customers in your company’s inbox: names, phone numbers, usernames, message text, photos, voice notes and files, to send and receive your company’s conversations.
- Call history (Android app, only after you turn on “Use this phone for calls”): the number, date, time and length of a call and whether it was answered, only for numbers that are already in your company’s CRM, so the call shows on that customer’s page. Other calls are skipped and never leave your phone, and calls from before you turned it on are never sent.
- Call recordings (Android app, only if your phone’s dialer records calls and you allow it): the recording of a call with a customer in your company’s CRM, attached to that customer. You can choose to send recordings on Wi-Fi only.
- Microphone: only while you record a voice note to send.
- Camera, photos and files: only the ones you choose to send or upload.
- Notifications: a device token from Google Firebase, so new messages and tasks can reach your phone. It is removed when you sign out.
- Security and usage records: sign-in times, IP address, device and browser type, and logs, to keep the service safe and working.
- AI features: if your company turns on the AI agent, the messages in its conversations are sent to the AI provider your company connects, to write replies.
We do not sell personal data, we do not show ads, and the app does not use the advertising ID.
Who processes data for us
- Amazon Web Services: our servers and backups, in India (Mumbai, with backups in Hyderabad), and email delivery.
- Meta Platforms: the WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger messages your company sends and receives.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: phone notifications.
- The AI provider your company connects, if any.
- Razorpay: payments, if your company uses them.
Each uses the data only to provide its part of the service.
How long data is kept
- Your account: while you have a login. When it is deleted, your login and profile go; records you made for your company stay with your company.
- Company data: while the company uses iSuite AI. When a company leaves and is deleted, its data is deleted. Tax invoices are kept as the law requires.
- Backups: daily copies are kept 31 days and monthly copies about a year, then deleted automatically, so deleted data leaves the backups as they expire.
Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored on encrypted disks and in encrypted backups. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and channel tokens and API keys are stored encrypted. Inside a company, what each person can see follows the roles its admin sets.
Your choices and rights
- See and correct your profile in Settings → Your profile.
- Delete your account or some of your data: in the app, Settings → Login & security → Delete my account, or on the Delete your account page. We finish within 30 days.
- Turn off call history, recordings or notifications at any time in the Android app or in your phone’s settings.
- Depending on where you live (in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it or to erase it, and you can raise a complaint with us. For your company’s CRM data about you, you can also ask your company.
Children
iSuite AI is a business tool for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
Changes
We update this page when the app changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
